Associate Accountant

This individual has full responsibility for agreeing intercompany balances and payments with other companies in the Vetco group on a monthly basis, monthly reporting of all balances to corporate and following up on queries and disputes in a timely manner. Responsible for all balance sheet reconciliations associated with intercompany accounts. Responsible for reconciliation and agreement of Inter-company payables and receivables balances with other group entities. Responsible for agreeing monthly intercompany payments to other group companies Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Intercompany accounts in accordance with GE account reconciliation policy Dealing with all queries from corporate which relate to Intercompany Accounts Assist with the monthly closing of the accounting system Responsible for following up on intercompany disputes to ensure timely resolution. Assisting the Senior Financial Accountant as required

Status:	Staff
Required Skills/Experience:	Part Qualified accountant or QBE Computer literate Good Communication Skills Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team when required
Desired Skills/Experience:	Previous experience of intercompany would be advantageous
Minimum Experience:	2 years
