Develop the office providing consulting, staffing and outsourcing services to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Energy market. To sell staffing services in accordance with agreed and established objectives and strategies. To recruit and place candidates either on a contract or permanent placement basis within Company guidelines. To seek and develop new business of acceptable quality within SGS target markets which include Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Construction Industries. Main Tasks To provide liaison between new Clients and the Company and to deal with related financial and contractual issues as required. To process requirements from initial enquiry through to placement, either individually or via branch recruitment teams. Management of Contractors rates and increases in accordance with Company policies on pricing. Regular liaison with Clients and Contractors to maximise contract stability and to identify development opportunities. Maintenance of candidate and client database in accordance with Company policies and as defined in the Quality Manual and Operating Procedures. Ongoing liaison/networking with Candidates and key Client contracts to solicit details of new candidates to supplement the database in core skills areas. Day to day account management duties with key clients, build relationship with key contracts and where necessary specific managers. Rate negotiations with clients/contractors with regard to new starts/extensions. Operate contractor Care scheme with key clients. Develop appropriate publicity, promotional programmes and marketing collateral material.
