Company Profile
Provide technical support for the Refining and Manufacturing Ventures Department (RM) Assistant Managers and Department Manager.
Participation in the assigned development stages of the downstream ventures development projects and business activities where right skills, project management practices & right attitude count as much as knowledge.
Overall the job is highly relational. As such, the position requires primarily a great deal of intrapersonal communication skills, an enthusiastic and proactive attitude at any time, and the ability to handle stress in a multicultural environment that operates at high seniority levels.

Required Skills/Experience:
At least having 7 years of senior level experience in major corporate / consultancies, EPC / PMC companies in the area of major project engineering/execution/operations.
. Excellent presentation and communication skills -a must
Proactive and performance-driven attitude -a must
Comfortable with analytical duties where high integrity is expected -a must
Minimum 2 years experience in business areas of related industries
Desired Skills/Experience:
Awareness of quality management
Familiar with PMI model
IT literate in office software, files servers & networking and basic MS/Project features
Awareness of Enterprise Resource Planning systems e.g. SAP modules.

. Business administrative skills

Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or in project management
