Company Profile
1. Responsible in supporting all activities of the Maintenance Department, Repair and
Preventive Maintenance System of all rigs and sites (Onshore and Offshore).
2. Review & Supervise the reports either direct to Maintenance department or to the Drilling
Supt. (OIM) for day to day activities by rig maintenance crew.
3. Support rig maintenance crew in resolve any technical problems or troubles could be
highlighted and provides technical reports with advises and technical recommendations in
order that meaningful decisions can be made.
4. Supervise and direct sites maintenance crew and review their work performance to ensure
conformance with company established methods, polices, and procedures.
5. Ensures applicability of technical standards, ABS class rules and any other rules &
regulations in his discipline.
6. Complies and adheres with company procedures and Integrated Management System (IMS)

Required Skills/Experience:
Outside source:
At least 15 years in the same field (Offshore/Onshore) with min 5 years in offshore
chief maintenance position
• Internal promotion source:
At least 10 - 12 years in the same field (Offshore/Onshore) with min 2- 4 years in
offshore chief maintenance position
Required Qualifications:
HND or Equivalent in an Engineering Discipline (higher degree is advantage)
Minimum Experience:
10 years
Maximum Experience:
15 years
