Working with one of WA’s most prominent projects, this is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager to lead a multidiscipline team on one of Australia’s most prominent oil and gas projects. This role requires an experienced Construction/Project Manager who has the skills and experience to provide leadership to the main contractor team.

Reporting to the Project Director and working with the Project Manager on-site, duties will include but not be limited to –

• Co-ordinating all project activities
• Proactively resolving performance, scope, schedule and cost issues with the customer
• Achieve milestone payments by the customer
• Ensures that the right systems are in place so that assigned personnel are competent, committed and fully utilised
• Provides regular reports to Senior Management on project performance

To be successful in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate solid experience in a similar role as well as the highest level of communication and interpersonal skills. Due to the nature and importance of this project, our client cannot negotiate on the roster involved nor the experience required.
