1. Ensuring the PMC contract is managed and delivered to company and client standards. 2. Ensuring that key reports carry out their duties and responsibilities in line with their agreed contract Job Descriptions. 3. Ensuring that key client relationships are maintained at appropriate levels within the project. 4. Ensuring that Assigned Projects are commercially resourced and delivered to satisfactory quality, time and budget.Prime responsibilities and duties 1. Prepare and issue monthly commercial reports. 2. Maintain contract commercial records and files. 3. Ensuring Assigned Projects are appropriately resourced. 4. Review all subcontracts prior to and after award to financial closure. 5. Set contractual direction for Assigned Project Commercial Administrators. 7. Direct commercial aspects of EPC contract tender evaluation and award. 8. Participate in key reviews and meetings as required. 9. Participate in Project Management Plan reviews.
