We have been asked to source for a suitable QA/QC Specialist to directs and manages the QA/QC during EPC in a manner that achieves project quality requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by company To ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by EPC contractor, are in accordance with the respective Agreement with company.
To ensure compliance with companys objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided by COMPANY.
To ensure that cost effective solutions in engineering design are adopted while maintaining quality, constructability, operability and maintainability.
To ensure that project is technically sound and optimally designed, engineered to appropriate standards and specifications, meeting required product specification and meeting HSE requirements.
Guide & direct EPC CONTRACTOR, as applicable to ensure that PROJECT deliverables fully reflect QA/QC requirements and other specific guidelines set by COMPANY.
Avoid/minimise the variations from EPC contractor and associated rework costs by taking proactive/preventive actions
To Conduct and monitor quality assurance audits during the different EPC stages.
To supervise contractor QA/QC performance through spot inspection.
To identify non-compliances and follow up with corrective actions.
To ensure provision of proper technical coordination and administration services to PMT and operation group.
Ensure that QA/QC culture is visible across all project levels.
Participate in developing the inspection and test plans
Monitor the site construction activities and report any non-conformance and the required corrective actions.
Provide input to the collection of Lessons Learned for the project.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university with minimum twenty (20) years of project experience in the oil/gas industry.
Registered Professional Engineer with technical certifications such as ASNT, AWS or ASQ preferred.
Fully familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems and able to develop, maintain and implement a QMS in accordance with that standard.
Experience on large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects.
Has clearly demonstrated strong engineering competence.
Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills.
Work effectively with peers in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Good command of written and spoken English, Strong oral communication skills
