Based from Aberdeen, this position requires an enthusiastic, focused and driven recruitment individual, who can efficiently meet client requirements by sourcing, selecting and presenting key individuals within Engineering disciplines.

Previous Oil and Gas experience would benefit any application, however this is not absolute requirement, and other industry experience such as renewable or construction will be considered.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own workload, with minimal amount of Key Performance Indicators in place. Applicants should have the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients, offering recruitment solutions as and when required. A mixture of telephone queries, client and candidate meetings, and electronic communication, will ensure that the engineering section is operated at its best potential.
