Position Summary Give direction and advice on Maintenance delivery. Set strategic targets and benchmarks inline with asset targets and goals. Disseminate best industry knowledge and practices. As directed lead and / or participate in key operational reviews through the project phases, pre-start-up and during operations. Key Accountabilities In Terms of Health, Safety and Environment your responsibilities are to ensure that all maintenance activities are planned to deliver high standards of health, safety and environmental performance, in accordance with all legislative requirements and in line with industry best practice. To implement and update with reference to Governance and Standards. You will Develop and keep current the BG Standards and Guidelines associated with maintenance planning and management and ensure the maintenance managers are familiar with the BG standards and guidelines for maintenance activities. Also required will be participation in maintenance and other PEER reviews. • Conducting verification exercises to ensure compliance with maintenance standards. • Operations Strategy • Providing clear direction to assets on the expectations of BG Advance with regards to maintenance reporting Aligning the operations world with the development of the Integrated Asset Management Framework, and in particular, Maintain and Monitor & Integrated Asset Planning & Scheduling programs. With reference to Lessons Learned, You will be Responsible for collating all lessons learned and ensuring they are available for all BG Assets. • Responsible for owning and developing tools to effectively manage and share lessons Technology • Ensuring that assets are made aware of the latest technology to reduce the risks to personnel and to increase productivity Seeking ideas for future technology projects You will ensure assets are managing and presenting data to allow them to minimise their production losses due to equipment outages You will, Own and maintain the global maintenance dashboard, scoring the key areas and update this on monthly basis. • Benchmark the maintenance performance of each asset against relevant industry data and internal KPIs. • Contribute to recruitment (including Graduates), development, deployment and succession for the Operations Community, • Develop guidelines for maintenance in projects at key stages and ensures application and buy in from project managers.

Required Skills/Experience:	Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute You will have a Broad knowledge of maintenance and operations, and be a professional engineer with a recognised degree qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent. • Ideally chartered / professional engineering or equivalent, or working towards such a qualification • Experienced in operating offshore gas or oil producing facilities and onshore gas or oil processing terminals. You will have a proven track record of meeting targets on time and within budget. Also Required: • Experience of shutdown planning and management • Experience of maintenance deliverables in projects • Experience of work management systems / CMMS’s • Experience of health care development and other contract management strategies.
