The Petroleum Engineering Practice at Petroleum People has been sourced to secure the services of an experienced Reservoir Engineer for a market-leading independent oil and gas company. This business operates at the forefront of technological innovation, employing a strategy which has delivered an enviable global production rate and an impressive capital position in the current economic climate. Their US business is in exploration stage and they need to hire an experienced Reservoir Engineer to advise on Greenfield development projects. The Senior Reservoir Engineer will be responsible for reservoir simulation on deepwater Gulf of Mexico assets. They will also have input into Field Development Plans, reserves estimation, risk/uncertainty analysis and well and depletion planning. Ultimately they will be employed to ensure that optimal production rates are achieved when my clients’ fields deliver first oil. Applicants MUST be fully authorized to work in the United States and are likely to have a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience with world renowned operating companies.
