The Sales Country Manager Malaysia plays a key role within the Asia Pacific GE Oil&Gas Sales organization and impacts on the country’s go-to-market strategy. He/she will be responsible for growing the Turbomachinery orders in the country and will demonstrate leadership in managing new accounts penetration within the assigned area. He/she will maintain and grow wallet share and will support and represent a defined product portfolio. Being knowledge and experience in the Oil&Gas sector fundamental.Growth· Responsible for the identification of potential growth markets/segments as well as for the definition and implementation of the relevant growth strategy/initiatives that fits with GE O&G business imperatives and products/services capabilities· Responsible to drive and lead Turbomachinery transactional and non-transactional growth opportunities in the country ·In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas and PG Markets and Customers· Define and implement of Oil& Gas marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume and profitability· Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration · Promote leads generation for GE Oil&Gas· Establish a systematic business scouting plan with the purpose of identifying new market opportunities·Coordinate sales activities ensuring the development of the GE Oil & Gas brand awareness in the marketCustomer Centricity · Able to generate immediate credibility with key customers and to understand their needs and solve their problems in an accurate and timely fashion · Report country’s market dynamics/trends, financial objectives and results
