Support the RM leadership team's efforts in executing the Corporate
Downstream strategy and Business Plan
Implement the Downstream Directorate's Quality policy and departmental
QMS procedures
Participate in the project team in committing the organization to evaluate the
downstream business opportunities throughout the life cycle of the
project/venture
Participate project performance/status reviews to ensure QP's interests are
being monitored and to ensure project satisfies the relevant project objectives
and quality standards
Participates the monitoring a project's Contracting Plan, Master Schedule,
CAPEX/OPEX, Risk and Quality elements
Participate with project proponent development and regular review of Risk
registers and the response to changes in risk over the course of the project
Participate with project proponent overall change control process, scope,
schedule and budget
Participate in the different project teams and to track, evaluate, and
document departmental projects through the life cycle of the project/venture
Evaluate technical feasibility related to downstream project feasibility
Participate in the planning, executing and closing the project phases
Contribute to the development and capturing the effective acceptance of the
project scope
Participatein the technical feasibility studies related to downstream projects
Participates in monitoring and improving the project plan
Support the evaluation of the project performance on a regular basis to
provide confidence that the project satisfies the relevant project objectives
and quality standards
Prepare scope documents, review project specifications and major package
items in the project
Perform technical analysis, design and responsible for analytical support Provide required information requested by the project stakeholders in a timely
manner and in compliance with the project documents management
procedure
Contribute and assist in the solicitation process in administrating invitations to
bid, tenders, commercial proposals and contracts
Administrate the contractual relationship with the consultants, contractors,
service providers.
Assist in the overall change control process, scope, schedule and budget
Assist in collecting, managing and disseminating performance information.
This includes status reporting, progress measurement and forecasting.
Administrate the Risk Registers and the response to changes in risk over the
course of the project
Administrate closure in generating, gathering and disseminating information to
formalize phase or project completion
Administrate the phase or project or contract close-out including the resolution
of any open items.

Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or in project management - a must
At least having 7 years of senior level experience in major corporate /
consultancies, EPC / PMC companies in the area of major project
engineering/execution/operations.
Advanced level in English language - a must
Awareness of quality management
Familiar with PMI model
IT literate in office software, files servers & networking and basic MS/Project
features
Awareness of Enterprise Resource Planning systems e.g. SAP modules.
Team building abilities
Business administrative skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills - a must
Proactive and performance-driven attitude - a must
Comfortable with analytical duties where high integrity is expected - a must
Minimum 2 years experience in business areas of related industries
