EPCI (Construction Engineering, Bulk Procurement, Construction, Transportation and Installation) of Jacket & Topside for CPP and Other Platform as well as Pipeline Works. Accountabilities:
Responsible for the execution and management of Project QA/QC activities from a PMC perspective to ensure quality programs and the Quality Management Systems are implemented.
Responsible for representing the client’s best interests in ensuring the quality of all project activities conducted by personnel and contractors meet Company and standards.
Implements the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives as required by the Quality Management System.
Interfaces with senior client management to ensure alignment and understanding of their requirements to enable effective oversight of contractors and suppliers.
Reviews, validates & manages Project Quality Programs and plans for the client, subcontractors and suppliers.
Develops and conducts as needed Quality audits and surveillance of contractors, suppliers and personnel involved in the project.
Monitors & evaluates supplier inspection activities to ensure inspection effectiveness in determining product compliance to the client’s requirements.
Reviews prepared quality specifications for inclusion into various documents.
Ensure that the QMS (Quality Management System) and QCP (Quality Control Plan) are established, Implemented, maintained or improved in accordance with the contract requirements and international standards/
Acts as liaison between the Contractor and the Client for all quality control, inspection and testing activities.
Checks the Subcontractors Q.C. procedures to ensure they are consistent with internal Q.C. procedure.
Supports the Site Material Manager for the preservation of Material and Equipment until handover to Client.
Reports to the Site Manager the status of QM System and suggest improvements of the Quality Management System. Remuneration:
Please quote minimum expected day rate in USD per day.
Leave provided but unpaid due to day rate.
Accommodation - Lumpsum of USD1500 to USD2000 per month provided.
Transportation - Provided by Client
Insurance – a BUPA medical plan and a group accidental insurance plan will be enforced.
Personal Income Tax – all Vietnamese personal income tax will be paid for.
Mobilisation – Economy class tickets to be provided during Mobilisation and Demobilisation.

Required Skills/Experience:

Requirements:
Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent
Minimum 15 years Project Experience
Minimum 10 years in Offshore Developments with intimate knowledge of relevant codes, standards and design requirements.
Knowledge and experience of offshore oil /gas facilities
Knowledge of Installation, Hook-up, SIT testing and Commissioning
Fluent English
Good interpersonal skills, working with diverse multi-cultural & multi-disciplined teams
SE Asia regional experience advantage
Asians highly preferred due to nature of working environment.
