The position encompasses two functions all-in-one round and flexible senior profile.
Business Development
-participates in the development of the corporate business plan by ecvaluating downstream opportunitues in its respective market areas, contributes to the company strategy for valorization of feedstocks and natural gas reserves into diversified downstream industries, evaluates domestic and overseas investments for developing as many diversified markets as oil & utility products, gas to cleans fuels, gas power and utilities, metals and industrial gases,
Project Development and execution
-supports the QP Single point of accountability and QP Project Director in their duties for leading the multi-disciplinary teams the QP mobilizes to develop its joint venture projects, exerts direct responsibilities over the whole lifecycle f several major capital projects worth a total of 10billion USD capital investment, executed joint venture with foreign partners, from the initiation stage through concept selection, preparation for execution, establishment of JVC, to facilities start up an d operation.

Required Skills/Experience:
MSc Degree in petroleum/chemical engineering/economics or applied sciences from a reputable international institution is a must.
Higher academic or professional qualification (post MSc / MBA) is preferred to embrace the commercial dimension and job complexity.
At least 12 years of prefessional experience in international business development and downstream ventures at senior position.
Technical and Procedural Knowledge and skills.
Planning, organisation and managerial skills.
Human relation and communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Problem Solving.
