Develops business and economics models to assess the viability of developing refining and manufacturing projects.
Prepares economic evaluation reports and cash flow statements to support the decisions in the development and implementation of multi-billion dollare refining & manufacturing projects.
Evaluates business risks to access the refining & manufacturing markets and business opportunities that monetize feedstock.
Evaluates the opportunities of acquisition / participation in existing refining & manufacturing projects.
Participates and supports the clients to evaluate the international investment opportunities.
Reviews the commercial/financial strength of the potential partner.
Supports the negotiation team to satisfy the requirments of a particular project and safeguard clients interest.

Status: Contract
Required Skills/Experience: B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in chemical/petroleum engineering with strong awareness of economics, finance, market analysis and business development is required. An advanced degree is advantageous (e.g., masters in business administration, economics, etc.) 10 years minimum of professional experience in hydrocarbon processing with business development and project economics is required.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy and or corporate development is highly preferred.
