With responsibility for multiple projects the ideal candidate will work closely with clients to determine short medium and long-term technology challenges and provide a balanced view of risks in terms of technical, commercial implementation, development costs and development schedule for specific projects.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-starter who has a disciplined approach and initiative as well as an engineering background in at least one of the major engineering disciplines (i.e. Drilling, Production, Structural, Electrical, and/or Mechanical). Previous experience of managing a department, leading a team or technical responsibility for a product or project within the Oil and Gas industry is essential. Strong technical knowledge of subsea connectors, valves, & actuators is highly desirable.
