You will be expected to establish and grow their sales and operational presence in the region reporting into the Regional Vice President.

The General Manager’s main tasks include:

• Sale and marketing of their services
• Building a profitable operation and having full P&L
responsibility
• Developing trained staff of Field Engineers and managing
operations
• Management and responsibility for QHSE functions
• Ensuring compliance of licensing and registration formalities
with regards to Malaysian entity

• Operations management, hereunder ensuring that an
exceptional service quality is delivered to the Clients in
Malaysia/Brunei
• Building and maintaining relationships with Key Client
personnel
• Delivering technical presentations to Clients, plus supporting
and implementing marketing/sales strategies
• Achieving measurable revenue growth in Malaysia/Brunei

Suitable candidates must come from a Wireline Completion / Well intervention / Well Services background at management level and must have a strong commercial and business development background. The role is permanently based in Malaysia and suitable candidate must speak fluent Malay and English.
