Are you looking for a demanding role in a global company? Are you experienced in offshore oil and gas?
We have an opportunity for Assistant Manager based offshore in India, who will be involved in planning, HSSE and training.

You will be responsible for managing and making sure that production rate and quality are met and monitoring production and ensure cost optimisation. In addition you will review daily reports before submission to Offshore Installation Manager for issue and keep track of daily production.

You will be required to plan and allocate resources for day to day activities of maintenance and process and ensure effective use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for maintenance planning, daily meetings and equipment availability.

The Assistant Manager will comply with HSSE policy and procedures of the organisation and ensure compliance by staff on site. You will implement Behavior Based Safety on platform, ensuring good housekeeping in the installation and maintaining audits and HSSE tracking registers. You will also ensure that all work at the installation is done safely and work permit system is followed.

You will work towards achievement of asset integrity KPIs and implement corrective actions, maintenance of structural and pressure system integrity.

Train and develop platform personnel.

Ensure proper record keeping as per Company policy and requirements of various external parties in line with Company policy and guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a degree level qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent as well as experience in offshore Oil and Gas processing complex. Exposure to operation and maintenance of critical oil and gas equipments ie: gas turbines, compressors, generators, pedestal cranes, diesel engines, pumps and basic gas processing equipments.

In addition the above the following skills and experience are required:

-Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Proficiency in MS office, out look mails etc.
-Good written and oral communication skills.
-Promotion of team work, clarifying roles, accountability and reporting relationships in order to motivate.
-Drive results and promote collaboration.
-Coaches and co-ordinates the large multi task force.
-Takes decisive action-identifies and takes immediate action to reduce risks to people and equipment.
- Shows self control, remains calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Manages change – address production and personnel changes from a process perspective.
- Sensitive to cross cultural environment.
- Ability to think creatively.

This role will be based on an offshore platform based in India and will have a 14 days on / off work pattern.
