As a Senior Engineer you will have work tasks such as:
  • Specification, design and modification of drilling and production equipment
  • CAD modelling and drafting
  • Specification and follow up on internal and external engineering service providers
  • Writing procedures, manuals and reports, updating documentation and drawings
  • Perform studies and GAP analysis
  • Utilize relevant tools, processes, procedures and industry standards for assigned tasks
  • Reporting status and progress for assigned tasks
  • Act and perform according to GE’s Growth Values and with unyielding integrity

    Required Skills/Experience:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Technology
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Be familiar with the design process from the concept phase to delivered product
  • SW tools: 3DCAD/(ProEngineer), 2D CAD (Autocad), Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of mechanical design, including drafting, materials, testing, calculus and manufacturing technology
  • Ability to work independent and gain progress in work
  • Knowledge and experience within project planning, risk management, HMS and QA.
  • Good English communication skills both oral and written
