The candidate will coordinate and supervise the preparation and implementation of the apprentices and emplyees OJT programs.
Organise meetings with supervisors and local management at regular intervals to ensure follow-up and permanent evaluation.
Elaborate OJT specific Training procedures
Elaborate OJT training support and assessments.
Give assistance to supervisors and mentors in the supervision of the OJT activities on site.
Provide the management and personal with the necessary tools and resources to prepare and organize training actionsSupervise internal mentors and possibly external instructors and check the performance of training programs Participate in or ensure training program execution coordination. Organize training schedule Compile OJT assessments sheets for each discipline and each trainee
Record Trainees' activities and performances
Propose corrective actions in relation with supervisors on site
Organize specific classroom training to reinforce knowledge and understanding
Ensure Training data updating and prepare related statistics
