Participate / perform FEED validation and endorsement of all structural drawings / designs
Responsible for validation of conceptual design of structures, as well as for performing and/ or coordination of activities for structural design analysisUsage of structural engineering software – STAADPRO, SACHS and thorough understanding of relevant/ applicable API, DNV, ASME codes and other international codes applicable for offshore structures Ensure compatibility of the design with other engineering disciplines and ensure that the structural configuration and design meets the requirements of Client and other related regulatory authorities such as ABS etc. Responsible for detailed Engineering related to structural discipline and manage engineering deliverables and interdisciplinary interface management Prepare MTOs of structural materials for jackets, piles, decks, flares piles and tower, appurtenances, bridge etc
Familiarity with fabrication methodology Co-ordinate/ design and analysis of offshore structures such as Inplace analysis, fatigue analysis, pile drivability analysis, load out analysis, sea-fastening, transportation and installation engineering of offshore structures Participate/ support in the engineering associated with load out, sea-fastening, transportation and installation of offshore Oil and Gas structures
