Responsible to Assistant Manager - Contracts for the implementation process of contract documents for procurement operational requirements to meet company objectives which includes working to draft or modify contracts for new and or existing programs, consolidating existing program contracts to ensure consistency, facilitating the execution of contracts between the company and other parties, and efficient administration of contracts
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Implementation of Strategies and Plans
„X Select and implement appropriate contract documents to acquire the products, or services which meet the user department requirements in conjunction with the Senior Contracts Administrator.
Contract Management System
„X Ensure contract information is place in the contract management system and maintain properly to comply with policies and procedures.
Contracts Administration
„X Maintain database of all contracts
„X Assist in the development, preparation and administration of contract documents to meet the user department needs.
„X Consolidate existing program contracts to ensure consistency
„X Review of contracts document to ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations.
„X Create contract templates; enter contract dates into a database.
„X Facilitate the execution of contracts between the company and other parties.
Tendering Process
„X Tender assistance in the tendering process to ensure smooth completion variations and claims management.
Contract Policy & Procedures
„X Monitor compliance with contract policies & procedures to ensure an ethical and professional execution of all procurement activities.
Internal/External Communications
„X Works closely with internal/external contacts to ensure the contract comply with policies and procedures and government regulations.
Continuous Improvement
„X Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of contract management systems, processes and practices taking into account ¡¥international best practice¡¦, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
MIS and Reports
„X Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet DOHALAND and department requirements, policies and standards.


Status: Staff
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum Experience:
„X 5 ¡V 10 years of procurement services experience in contract administration
• Contract Administrator background with minimum 5 years experiences as a Contract Administrator OR Civil Engineer/ Architect/ Services Engineer with minimum 7 years experiences as a Contract Administrator.
• Work in Project Management team or Property Developer.
• Experiences in Building construction project.
• Understand Fidic 1999 is more preferable but 1987 is acceptable
Required Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
„X Diploma/Degree in Materials Management or Business Administration or Law or Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Maximum Experience: 10 years
