Our Client has a vacancy for a Engineering Consultant. This is a contract position, based in Houston, USA. Please note candidates MUST be eligible to work in the USA. As Engineering Consultant, you will have particular responsibility for site measurement and troubleshooting services. You will also have practical technical expertise in the following:
Pipework vibration and stress measurement surveys.
Machinery troubleshooting and vibration investigations.
Risk Based Pipework assessments.
Design and installation of vibration and stress monitoring systems.
Modal Analysis and Modal Testing.
API 618/674 Pulsation Requirements.
On site engineering troubleshooting/failure analysis. You will have had previous experience within a technical consultancy or engineering group and be qualified to work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. The salary for this position is negotiable.
