Due to continued growth in our operations, we are seeking new personnel to join our project teams. We now require a Landscape Designer to work in our Khobar offices on major contracts.
Requirements:
Degree qualified Landscape Designer with a minimum of 20 years experience in senior position.
Landscape design experience in the Gulf Region or similar environment essential.
Experience in landscape design for major urban and costal environments, cities, and large towns with a diverse mix of commercial, institutional, educational, recreational and residential buildings in a urban setting Establishing general landscape requirements with the Client, Urban Planners and Architects.
Conducting preliminary studies of the sites to meet client’s specifications and requirements.
Accurately preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings, construction details and specifications for the landscape schemes.
Presenting proposals to the Client and incorporating any amendments to the final design. Package:
