As the Senior Pipe Support Engineer you will be responsible for achieving safety standards as defined in personal performance contract to be responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance. To maintain the required technical quality of work also identifying the scope and schedule changes in accordance with the Change Control Process, ensuring that the designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and procedures.
To provide technical assistance to discipline assigned personnel as required
Also you will ensure, as far as is practically possible, that all assigned work is carried out in compliance with the agreed budget and schedule, keeping up-to-date with technical developments, National and International standards and legislative requirements related to the discipline scope.
To assist in the preparation of estimates and schedules and assist in their review
