A Major LNG Operator requires a Prime Contract Administrator to join them on a $1.0bn+ CapEx project to recover LNG boil-off gas being flared at the LNG loading terminal be based at the EPCM contractor's offices in either UK or USA (subject to EPC award) for an initial period of 12-18 months for the detailed design stage and then transfer to site for the construction, commissioning and start-up of the plant at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) in QatarMain Responsibilities: Lead and support the contract administration efforts for the execution phase of a $1.0bn+ CapEx project in Ras Laffan City, Qatar. Administer the EPCM contract for the execution phase of a $1.0bn+ CapEx project. The objective of the project is to recover LNG boil-off gas being flared at the LNG loading terminal. The Prime Contract Administrator will be based initially at the EPCM contractor’s office and will then relocate to the Site at Ras Laffan City in Qatar when the engineering is essentially complete. The Prime Contract Administrator is the primary focal point for all contractual matters related to the EPCM contract. Experience and Qualifications : • At least 10 years experience in hands-on formulation, negotiation and administration (from award to close-out) of very large and complex EPC contracts for major development onshore projects. • B. S. or B. A. in Engineering, Business or related field
