A Major LNG Operator requires a Project Services Manager to join them on a $1.0bn+ CapEx project to recover LNG boil-off gas being flared at the LNG loading terminal be based at the EPCM contractor's offices in either UK or USA (subject to EPC award) for an initial period of 12-18 months for the detailed design stage and then transfer to site for the construction, commissioning and start-up of the plant at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) in Qatar.Main Responsibilities :
• Lead the Owner’s Project Services management team for the execution phase of a $1.0bn+ CapEx project in Ras Laffan City, Qatar.
• The Project Services Manager will be based initially at the EPCM contractor’s office for an agreed period and will be responsible for monitoring the cost, schedule, finance and risk management and reporting aspects of the PMT and EPCM contractor’s services. Experience and Qualifications:
• Graduate Engineer
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least ten (10) years specific involvement in major oil and gas process facilities.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a Project Services Manager.
• Minimum of five (5) years Middle East experience.
