Business Analyst – Office Space Planning

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Office Space Planning to join one of our oil & gas clients in Western Australia.

Reporting to the Business Manager, key responsibilities include:
• Identify immediate and long term office space availability and ensure the space is available as forecasted and kept up to date based on current and future lease agreements
• Analyze and identify of stacking teams that will represent units that can be moved for planning purposes
• Perform and refresh analysis of variation from staffing plans and communicate results to accountable representative and management
• Perform engagement to stakeholders, site services group, and each individual within the teams
• Evaluate impact of multiple inputs to the model to generate options

Requirements:

• It is essential that you hold the relevant rights to work in Australia
• Immediate start
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have 4+ years experience in a similar role (extensive Microsoft Excel and Analytical Skills)
• Previous experience within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable
• Degree qualification in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management is essential
