For one of these projects: the Maintenance Manager will be in charge of the maintenance of a new built Petro Chemical facility in the Gulf Region. The successful candidate will supervise over 25 people (expatriates and local workers).

You will be representing the main Contractor responsible in their Maintenance Contract on all technical aspects, as well as for the HSE activities related to maintenance (Reporting and follow up, planning, management of the work progress).

You will coordinate and plan the maintenance operations on site and deal with the subcontractors to ensure that skills are passed on to the subcontractors.

The assignment also involves:

Analyzing the existing maintenance plan and to adapt as required to the facility.

An Ability to anticipate the needs and requirements related to Logistics and Spare Parts.

The Verification and approval of all technical reports, and preparation of Maintenance Reports.

Make sure that all the HSE and specific procedures are implemented and applied by the team working on site.

5 to 10 experience in the management of Maintenance Contracts on Oil & Gas production site.
Analytical and preventive and corrective abilities.
Capability to motivate and guide teams. Multinational experience, good communication skills are essential for this position
