This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced Project Coordinator to join our fast growing Oil & Gas business. Reporting to the Inquiry-to-Order Leader in Singapore, you will be instrumental in participating in a commercial and sales team driving growth within the Asia and Middle east region.Responsibilities: - Be responsible for proposals preparation, ensuring completeness and responsiveness
-Analyze customer technical requirements and collaborate with Application/Product Engineering to determine design
- Coordinate efforts of the Product Platform, Quality, Sales, Legal, Engineering, EHS, Materials Management, and Manufacturing in responding to customer inquiries.
- Be accountable for overall Project proposal strategy
- Drive Risk process implementation for proposals
- Lead & be accountable for the Pricing and Margin for quotations
- Supporting the Sales Team with customer negotiations whilst ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessments
- Support the Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment and presentation with Customers
- Achieve financial and operational targets committed for the assigned Area .
- Lead Hand-Off for project execution phase
- Work to all required Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Policies
- Work to all required Compliance and International Trade Control regulations

Required Skills/Experience:
|
Ideally you'll have a degree in Engineering and have 5-7 years experience in ITO or OTR. Preference given to candidates with Oil & Gas experience in Land & Offshore business and Knowledge of drilling and production equipment Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Self Starter, able to work on their own initiative
- Team player with customer centric approach
