A major organisation in Qatar requires a Dirctor Business Process Improvement with UK experience
• Coordinate with Vice Presidents and Directors with respect to work strategies and objectives related to streamlining opportunities and eliminating waste.
• Develop and implement Business Process Improvement Plan across the organisation
• Nurture and develop alignment of goals across the organisation.
• Agree with Top Management on major potential areas of improvement.
• Decide on improvement projects, scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate the development of and agreement on the main goals of macro teams.
• Facilitate the selection of team members, experience mix and broad representations.
• Agree on timelines and operational criteria.
• Advise on team operational models, process and appropriate tools.
• Contribute to the transformational change in mentality and behaviour to establish a sustainable perpetual improvement environment.
• Ensure that Business Improvement projects are managed professionally and targets are met.
• Promote Teamwork and cooperation within and across departments.
• Provide periodic reports to Senior Management on BPI project progress
• Lead the Business Process Improvement Directorate
Status:

Required Skills/Experience:
A minimum of 10 years experience required.
The ability to develop and provide Process Improvements across multiple entities
Working knowledge of Business Management Systems or Quality Management Systems
Excellent professional writing and communication skills (ability to use MS Office applications competently
UK experience
Required Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Administration or Business Process Improvement or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
10 years
Maximum Experience:
15 years
