Our client, one of Europe's leading NDT specialists, is keen to appoint a Base Manager to develop and manage new and existing work in specific geographical location. Reporting to the Business Unit Area Manager ensuring that projects are manned with appropriate calibre.Responsible for various disciplines including operations management, marketing inspection services, maintenance of inspection, manpower planning and financial performance. Being part of the NDT management team you will be expected to participate in meetings, agreeing, controlling and developing NDT activities. Applicants will ideally come from an NDT background, however applicants will be considered who come from the Petrochemical, Refinery and similar sector that can demonstrate a solid background in management. Background in engineering or materials with approx 10 years field or management/supervisory experience. Salary £40k circa with Car Allowance and excellent benefits package.
