We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be part of a multi national company with an impressive portfolio of major projects. Our Client is a world class engineering company with projects within the renewable sector and Currently have a project working on a major off shore wind farm project. Based out of Lancaster the contractor will come from a Civil Engineering background and have moved into Quantity Surveying. Working on a multi £million Wind Farm project you will be an integral part of the team. Your duties will include: - Sub contractor management
- Sub contractor payments
- CVR
- Liaising with the sub contractors and client
- Change control
- Cost control
- Monthly meetings Working with the NEC form of contract you will ideally have a working knowledge of this contract. My client are very interested in experienced Quantity Surveyors who have a good Civil background ideally within construction with major civil engineering contractors.
