Fishing Tools Supervisor--China

Company Profile
1.Will supervise all offshore fishing jobs including whip stocks, abandonment, thru-tubing equipment and all Smith Services equipment.
2.Offering advice and guidance to all our clients in China .
3.Also will act as a liaison between the rig site and office for preparing tool lists and programs.
4.Work with operations when not on jobs to keep up with new procedures,paperwork,equipment and price books.
5.May provide technical support to other department to share experience and subject matter knowledge base.
6.Training and develop your team.
Status:

Required Skills/Experience:
1.10 years+ experience in Oil field.5 years+ experience as a Fishing Tool Supervisor or equivalent
2.Thru-Tubing experience preferred, but not essential
3.Possess valid medical certificate and offshore survival certificates
4.Proven ability to form good business relationships with customers and employees
5.Understanding of current policies, procedures, finances, personnel, HSE and Quality
6.Excellent organizational skills
7.Able to work under stress and multi-task in a changing environment
8.Must be able to work with all levels of personnel
Required Qualifications:
1.Completion of College.
2.Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
3.Proficient in English and Chinese
Desired Qualifications:
1.Willing to travel as requested and must possess a valid driving license.
