• Recruitment and development of a direct hire construction workforce (general foremen,
foremen, skilled craft) capable of installing and/or completing piping, mechanical, electrical,
and instrumentation systems
• Recruitment of a construction leadership (construction superintendents & field engineers) to
lead and manage the construction completions team
• Development and implementation of training & development programs for our manual labor
workforce
• Development of standardized construction work processes, procedures, and systems
• Development and monitoring of employment conditions (wages, benefits, R&R cycles, etc.) for
our manual labor workforce

Ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
• years experience in direct hire construction
• years experience in the oil & gas industry
• years experience in direct hire construction supervision
• Experience working with an international EPC company
• Excellent leadership and communications skills
On shore experience on LSTK Projects

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Experience working with construction craft from the Philippines
• Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East,
and/or North Africa
