Senior Construction Coordinator

1Communicates interest with other stakeholders on common off-plot projects.
2Provides business related input for successful integration of off-plot operations.
3Commercial oversight of OBO facilities.
4Uses expertise to identify any potential problems with common off-plot operators with respect to long-term business plans, budgets and objectives.

6Manage WR process: Coordinate, develop, execute and close-out/ store WR
7Support / coordinate JI OBO management procedure
8Develop Integrated schedule between JI organization for alignment 9Support JI business control
10Prepare monthly OBO reports to managements ( Including raising the issue / resolution plan / Financial analysis)
11Manage database for management / Technical committees presentation/ minutes of meeting / letters
12 Provide Company representation in monitoring and coordinating the site activities of EPC Contractor and its sub-contractors. Report on the construction activities, progress, and areas of concern and mitigating actions.
13 Prepare for and participate in weekly construction coordination review meetings, Method of Statement MOS and Job Safety Analysis JSA meetings and Financial Risk assessment FRA review meeting. Interface Agreement Requests concurrence processing. Able to retrieve engineering documents and drawings.
14 Monitor and assist the EPC Contractor and sub-contractors in the implementation of site specific SHE program, MOS and JSA implementation, emergency response and evacuation drill programs. Participate in incident/accident investigation and prevention of recurrence.
15 Coordinate EPC Contractor’s work activities and interface coordination with the activities of Third Parties. Coordinate EPC Contractor’s activities. Ensure construction work carried out in accordance with the rules, regulations, and standards and permit to work procedures.
16 Review work and inspection results to ensure compliance with EPC Contract requirements. Interface and coordinate with Project Field Engineering. Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conformance report items and other issues supporting QA/QC compliance.
17 Review the construction sequence/logic, work plan/procedures, pre-task planning and methods statement, JSA and FRA to ensure comprehensive feasibility and safety. Ensure performing parties and operating authorities understanding of MOS, JSA and FRA prior to field execution, responsible for joint review of the same with all key field personnel representatives.
18 Attends regular meetings related to interface and able to take minutes of meetings and follow up action items to an end. Generates regular reports on key issues and able to write letter upon verbal communication.
19 Monitor site material handling and warehousing procedures with respect to the areas to facilitate construction progress.
20 Provide assistance and direction in the construction and interface related issues, working with all parties to facilitate these activities.
21 Substitute for and assist the JI- Sr. Interface coordinator as required. Provide work coverage for other Construction Supervisors during their absence.
22 Carries out other duties at the request of the JI- Senior Interface Coordinator.

Required Skills/Experience:
1.Minimum of (5) years broad experience in all phases of construction planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities and interface coordination.
2.At least (5) years experience in construction supervising, especially related to pipeline construction, mechanical structure, excavation, lifting, Electrical & Instrumentation, and other areas in the oil & gas industry.
3.Strong knowledge with oil & gas international standards and project specification
4.Computer literate with proficiency in standard office productivity software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
5.Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal. Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
6.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team member
