Job Summary: Lead the Business Development in the provision of competence based technical training in Indonesia, primarily in the Oil and Gas sector.Job Responsibilities: • Business Development o Develop and implement business development strategies in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Director and Regional Business Development Manager o Leadership in the marketing of Company and its services for business growth in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical in Indonesia o Development and monitoring of relevant industry, Government and Education sector trends and developments o Preparation of reports of business development activity, “targeted” deals / clients / partners, and progress o Development & negotiation of contracts, concessions and awards for the provision of training, competence and assessment services o Development & negotiation of technology and other partnerships and alliances to enhance the service offering, and extend channels to market o Development of sales and marketing messages, communications and positioning in response to identified market needs o Development and ensure continuity of new and existing business relationships o Responsible for regular marketing and business development reports and updates to Executive Management Team • Office Management o Leadership role as a member of the Executive Management Team o Responsible to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations and activities o Ensuring a conducive and collaborative working environment and culture o Ensure compliance of the Company’s policies and procedures with internal and external regulations requirements o Oversee the house-keeping of the Company’s premises and facilities Job Requirements: • A minimum of six years’ experience in the area business development & office administration in the Oil and Gas industry • Able to identify and define client issues, risks and problems, and develop creative/innovative client-focused solutions • Able to build cross business contacts and relationships • Strong negotiator, outstanding strategic thinking and listening skills • Excellent project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Persuasively & effectively present, through written and personal interfaces • Self starter with a focus on delivery • Highly motivated individual with high levels of drive and energy • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking and analysis skills • Team oriented, with ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally • Able to speak English and local language fluently
