As a Delivery Manager - Exports, you will be responsible for all personnel assigned on behalf of the company to the client’s export onshore pipelines and associated equipment, as well as any applicable subsea pipelines. This includes the effective provision of corrosion, inspection and technical support services as defined in the client’s Corrosion and Inspection Management (CIM) contract and also the delivery of safety, KPI and budgets to the client. This position is based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Your main duties will include: - Deliver corrosion, inspection and technical support as the accountable individual, for the client’s export pipelines and associated equipment, as agreed in the CIM contract scope. - Ensure Regulatory and Client standards compliance. - Ensure sufficient competent personnel are provided to deliver the service as required by the CIM contract scope of work and that they work within their competency responsibilities. Also that competency is assessed and improvements applied as part of operating procedures. - Ensure that personnel identify with and achieve the necessary Health and Safety performance standards associated with the relative risks to personnel and plant in their environment and daily work. - Responsible for the budget control of the CIM contract related to area/activities managed, including developing of budgets and inspection plans, correct identification of areas of work, manpower demands and trends, focused budget estimates and completion of scopes within the estimates. - Carry out review meetings at agreed times to review ongoing performance and highlight areas of concern that require the Client/Company support. Also provide reports. - Facilitate the development and continuous improvement of the integrity process between the company and the Client within and across the areas that the CIM contract covers. - Carry out regular audits and assessment of the service, monitor and review any impact of changes in standards and legislation for continued correct delivery. - Develop and agree, Key Performance Indicators, to ensure that agreed data and actions necessary to deliver are provided. - Ensure that business and HSE risk implications of integrity issues are clearly identified and assessed for consideration within the Oceaneering Integrity Management Team and communicated to the Client. - Ensure that the best practices, technology, techniques and innovation, developed and implemented across other similar integrity contracts are notified and applied to optimise plant availability and safety. - Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Required Skills/Experience:
|
Degree in an engineering related discipline, preferably chartered. Lesser qualifications will be accepted, provided the candidate has exceptional experience in pipelines - Extensive experience in the field of pipeline and associated equipment in-service inspection and related technical support - Able to demonstrate working knowledge of design, manufacture, materials, corrosion, welding, codes, standards and legislation associated with the in-service inspection pipelines and associated equipment - Must be familiar with QA/QC practices, NDE techniques - Able to generate a team approach to problem solving and an excellent communicator
