Oversee activities directly related to the provision of medical service. Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the delivery of medical services to include remote and city site medical clinics, provision of first aid training, occupational health, medical evacuations, and industry medicals. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Establish and implement company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, General Director, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements and oversee those personnel processes to include interview, hire and training of new employees. Plan and direct activities such as sales, coordinating with regional managers as required. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. Develop strategic business and operating plans. Review and report regularly to the General Director and the board on the overall progress and results against strategic, operating and financial objectives.
