Offshore Health and Safety Manager

Job Description
An opportunity has opened up for an Offshore Health and Safety Manager to be based in Edinburgh. Our client are specialist in Developing Renewable Energy offshore, however, now have a immediate requirement for a Health and Safety Professional to provide HSE Solutions in Developing and Constructing Offshore renewable energy. You will already have a good working knowledge of the HSE legislations in Offshore, but also be able to be responsible for ensuring all relevant safety legislations is adhered to. You will monitor the progress and proactively be involved in reviewing the protective and preventative measures needed to ensure that the offshore working environment is at minimum risk.

Ideally you will have a health and safety qualification in the equivalent of a Diploma NEBOSH and will be a chartered member of an HSE institute such as IOSH. You will be a key player in the organisation in delivering their strategic goals.
