The project team includes petroleum, facilities, and offshore systems engineers, subsurface managers, HSEC managers, cost controllers, and S&L project members.

The Finance Analyst functions as the finance support for the assigned projects, which average over US $80 million annually in expenditures. This individual will work with the project mangers and project teams and in coordination with the Finance Manager Development Planning to provide finance support in the areas of managerial accounting, decision support, commercial advice, risk management, and contractual governance, and review contracts and identify any finance issues.

The incumbent will coordinate with the controllers group to ensure accurate and timely performance management reporting and on the monthly latest estimate and annual plan and budget. In addition, the position will identify any accounting issues and submit matters for consideration.
The position coordinates finance aspects of the tollgate documents along with other documents and will be responsible for reviews.

This position will assist the Finance Manager Development Planning in working with the exploration group to ensure cost tracking system during appraisal process is consistent with how the project will be managed in development.
