Responsibilities:
Ensuring the right implementation of quality standards and procedures for receiving and testing of materials for conformities and non-conformities.
Performing regular Inspections on activities engaged in quality control testing of materials and/or finished work in an efficient and cost conscious manner for the purpose of ensuring their compliance with the set quality standard.
Inspecting warehouses and storage areas and ensuring they are according to the set storing standards and conditions.
Performing quality inspection on finished work and making sure that the work is performed according to acceptable standards.
Maintaining records on all quality checks performed and ensuring proper data entry onto the system and documents control.
Keeping records of quality inspections and any difficulties encountered during inspection.
Coordinating with the procurement department within the company for performing quality inspections on the received supplies and materials.
Coordinating with the projects staff for any new changes to specifications.

Qualifications/Experience required:
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience in a similar position, with substantial experience in hi-rise building construction or large scale projects.
Professional knowledge in testing of material, testing and commissioning of District Cooling Piping System,HVAC System, Fire Fighting System and Plumbing Works.
Good knowledge of quality control techniques and procedures.
Communication, interpersonal, reporting and technical writing skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Accurate and quality orientated.
