WRS are pleased to be representing a well known engineering consultancy who have a global presence and who operate within the sectors of Gas, Power, Nuclear and Infrastructure.

They have asked for WRS’s assistance in sourcing an experienced Claims Manager to be based in Brussels.

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice president of the Power and Gas and Nuclear division you will be responsible for the management of the performance of the contract on site and should be comfortable operating at this level.

The profile of the ideal candidate will include the following skill set:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Claims Manager who is able to provide expert support in contract management, claims management and expert solution in resolution of contractual disputes.

You would ideally have a Master in Engineering Diploma or a degree in law with a great deal of experience within the industry.

You have a proven experience (at least 10 years) with the management of important and complex contracts in an industrial and intercultural environment and in particular in Project Execution and in project and contract/claim management.

You are a strong negotiator able to work in a stressful environment

Language skills are also very highly valued and candidates will ideally be trilingual French/Dutch/English.
