The Role
As Service coordinator, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager:

- You are responsible for administration in the service department
- Coordination of service-trips for 40 field service engineers, world wide
- Troubleshooting installed converters via remote access
- Interpretation of diagnostics of the Remote Diagnostics System
- Organisation and handling of spare parts including transportation
- Analysis of cost and efficiency of the service department

The Person
The successful candidate will be:
- HNC to degree qualified in Electrical or Power Electronics.
- Extensive experience servicing and maintaining variable speed drives.
- Have worked for a variable speed drive manufacturer.
- Must be fluent in German & English
- Be flexible in regards to travel.
