Connect Group are looking for a Director of Marketing & Sales to work in Saudi Arabia for a major Mining company on a residential basis.

Leads, co-ordinates and supervises a variety of complex activities pertaining to Marketing functions. Scopes of responsibilities include implementing an innovative and effective planning process to meet Marketing’s objectives/targets and promote the integrated operation of the Industrial Minerals supply chain for the SBU. Develops strategic plans to achieve business targets. Builds sales channels and prepares annual marketing plan for the SBU and accountable for achieving the plan. Leads the sales and marketing efforts for products including channel management, build key accounts, brand promotion and after sales services.

Experience/ Qualifications Required

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

At least 15 years of prior work experience with Industrial Minerals products sales and marketing, involving research, planning and analyses of supporting activities.

• A competitive results orientated attitude and a true team player with an ability to manage ambiguity
• Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines
• Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, market research and planning and promotions/advertising
• Fluency in English
• Computer literate – PC applications
