Essential Responsibilities
The Quality leader will own:
•Quality metrics, Engineering Quality System, manage ISO, API and internal audits, and engineering procedures
•Must identify key areas of weakness and put corrective actions in place
•Identify tools and procedures opportunities to improve drawings quality, engineering documentation, drawings first time yield, training manuals, templates, communication, and establish quality guidelines
•Work on assuring internal engineering compliance to design and regulatory requirements
•Participate in quality defect and misses investigation and drive rigor in root cause analysis
•Support and coordinate with other organizations to meet overall business objectives

Qualifications/ Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university or college
•Minimum 5 years working experience

Design and quality experience background
•Knowledge of manufacturing and drawing practices
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills
•PC proficiency
•Positive can do attitude and the ability to work in an environment with globally diverse teams
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills
•Additional leadership experience in the areas of Operations, Manufacturing, or Quality is preferred.
