To manage the seamless delivery of Technology products and services, and establish strong working relationships with our customers. To be responsible for the performance of the technology business, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by the Board of Directors
• Lead an effective and cohesive team with effective succession planning
• Ensure delivery of R & D projects on time and within budget
• Ensure seamless supply chain and service delivery
• Commercialisation of new products
• Work closely with Financial Controller to ensure adherence to business plan and cost control
• Provide QHSE leadership and ensure culture of continuous improvement
• Establish and develop business relations with relevant companies
• Manage Intellectual Property
• Provide technical support to region hubs
• Evaluate and provide written consent for legal agreements with service companies
• Other appropriate tasks as required to fulfil continued business growth of Technology products and services


Status: Staff
Required Skills/Experience: Mechanical / Petroleum / Reservoir Engineering degree or equivalent

Chemical engineering background.

Understanding of elastomer / polymers.

Completions Background / Experience.

Experience in oilfield technologies especially in downhole monitoring.

Show a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

Demonstrate good communication skills, along with an ability to work in a team environment, as well as an ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.

Demonstrate a strong ability under pressure to meet client delivery expectations.

Must demonstrate an ability to effectively utilise dedicated resources, and the ability to plan, control, and take responsibility for own work
