My client require a Field Construction Superintendant for a major project in Nigeria.12 Month Renewable Contract 35/ 28 Rotation 7 Working days a week/ 12 working hours per day Flights Included per rotation Main Job Function - To coordinate and administer the construction activities relating to a number of Construction projects. Key Responsibility Areas - § Coordinating the construction activities, carried out by local and international contractors, of a number of Construction project. § Ensuring that the construction activities are carried out to the highest HSE standards; § Ensuring that the quality of the works is carried out to a high standard; § Administering daily/weekly/monthly progress of the different projects and reporting not only in the line but also to the appropriate Project Coordinators; § Actively developing the capabilities of the local and regional construction contractors with particular emphasis on HSE and Quality § Developing and training of Staff; this task is considered very important.
