As Lead Instrumentation/Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for executing discipline engineering design, under guidance of the Engineer, working on your own initiative.

Other responsibilities for the Lead Instrumentation/Electrical Designer will include:
Carrying out work in accordance with company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Keeping up to date with technical developments on the project.
Producing accurate and technically correct engineering design deliverables to meet the project scope and schedule.
Undertaking training of junior engineering personnel.

Competencies required for the position of Lead Instrumentation/Electrical Designer include:
Understanding and basic knowledge of Instrument and Control Engineering.
Good communicator.
Understanding of multi-discipline engineering activities.
Ability to work within a small team.
Good CAD drafting skills.
