Petroleum People’s Facilities Practice is currently working with an Independent E&P Company who is looking to secure the expertise of a Project Engineering Manager. With interests and assets in Oceania and East Asia this company are pushing forward with a major CBM gas project.The successful candidate will oversee the EPC Contractor during FEED ensuring the study is in line with the approved basis of design and regulatory and code requirements. Managing a team of engineers you will coordinate multi discipline engineering activities to ensure the FEED study is completed efficiently and on time. You will be involved in the entire project lifespan as it progresses through detailed design, construction, installation and commissioning. You will oversee and manage contractors and suppliers and co ordinate the execution of multidisciplinary engineering activities. A degree in Engineering alongside a minimum of 8 years experience within the upstream oil and gas industry are essential attributes. Also required is substantial experience of CBM projects and a management background working with a recognized upstream operator.
